(Mowing)
These terms are between You (the person or persons reading this) & Creative Visions Outdoor Solutions LLC. (“CVOS”) & govern our respective rights & obligations.
CVOS is Licensed & Insured. Please note by booking mowing services with Creative Visions Outdoor Solutions LLC. ("CVOS"), you agree to the following detailed mowing services terms, conditions, limitations, & requirements. Please read these terms carefully.
Scope of Services:
Mowing: Regular cutting of grass to an appropriate height.
Trimming: Cutting grass in areas inaccessible to the lawn mower, such as around trees, fences,& edges.
Edging: Defining the boundaries between lawn & adjacent hardscape or flowerbeds.
Cleanup: Removal of grass clippings from driveways, walkways, & patios. Grass clippings may be left on the lawn for their mulching benefits unless otherwise requested.
Additional services: (e.g., leaf removal & pest control) are not included unless specified in a separate service agreement.
Service Schedule:
All of our lawn maintenance is under a 1 months contract, with automatic renewal until cancelation.
We offer 3 maintenance programs; weekly (every week), biweekly ( every 2 weeks), our weekly spring & summer (April to September) & biweekly fall & winter (October to March). We will preform all the services stated on your contract.
Schedule changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to approval based on availability.
In case of delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, emergencies), CVOS will communicate promptly and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
Access and Property Preparation:
The client must ensure unobstructed access to the property. Gates must be unlocked, and any access codes provided.
The lawn must be cleared of obstacles (e.g., toys, garden hoses, furniture) prior to the scheduled service time.
Pets must be secured indoors or away from the service area to ensure their safety and the safety of our team.
Weather Conditions:
Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms).
CVOS will notify clients as soon as possible of any weather-related delays and arrange for an alternative service date.
Payment Terms:
Any extra work will be quoted & billed separately
Payment is due upon completion of each service unless a monthly billing cycle has been agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
Late payments may incur additional fees. A late fee of $25 will be applied to any invoice not paid within 7 days of the service date.
Clients with outstanding balances may have their services suspended until the account is settled.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 24 hours' notice without penalty.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Liability:
CVOS is fully insured and takes all necessary precautions to prevent damage to property.
Clients must inform CVOS of any pre-existing conditions or obstacles (e.g., sprinkler heads, underground cables) that may affect service delivery.
CVOS is not responsible for damage to items left in the lawn that should have been removed (e.g., toys, garden hoses).
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Quality Assurance:
CVOS guarantees the quality of its mowing services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours to address and resolve any issues.
CVOS will take corrective actions as necessary, including re-servicing the lawn at no additional charge.
Health and Safety:
CVOS adheres to all health and safety regulations to protect clients and staff.
Clients must ensure that any potential health hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, unsafe terrain) are communicated and mitigated prior to service.
Termination of Services:
CVOS reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or any form of abuse or harassment towards staff.
Promotion:
The client herby authorizes the contractor to take photographs of the client’s property for the use of promoting the Contractor landscaping services at the Contractor discretion and grants the Contractor the sole right in the intellectual property of any such photographs.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
CVOS reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in writing.
Continued use of services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions
(Hardscaping/ landscaping)
These terms are between You (the person or persons reading this) & Creative Visions Outdoor Solutions LLC. (“CVOS”) & govern our respective rights & obligations.
CVOS is Licensed & Insured. Please note by booking hardscaping/ landscaping services with Creative Visions Outdoor Solutions LLC. ("CVOS"), you agree to the following detailed hardscaping/ landscaping services terms, conditions, limitations, & requirements. Please read these terms carefully.
Scope of Services:
Design and Consultation: Initial consultation/ estimate to discuss project scope, design preferences, and budget. Design services may include sketches, renderings, and material recommendations.
Site Preparation: Clearing and grading of the project area, removal of existing structures or vegetation as necessary.
Installation: Construction of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, pergolas, retaining walls, fire pits, water features, etc.
Landscaping: Planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, sod installation, etc.
Hardscaping: Construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, water features, decorative rock, irrigation systems, etc.
Materials: Provision of all materials required for the project as specified in the estimate.
Cleanup/ Demolitions: Removal of construction debris and site cleanup upon project completion.
Project Timeline:
CVOS will provide an estimated timeline for project completion based on the initial consultation/ estimate and project scope.
Any changes to the timeline due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, supply chain issues) will be communicated promptly.
Clients must provide access to the project site during the agreed working hours to ensure timely completion.
Permits and Approvals:
CVOS will assist in identifying necessary permits and approvals for the project.
Obtaining permits and approvals is the client's responsibility unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Any delays due to pending permits or approvals will be communicated and may impact the project timeline.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 50% is required upon signing the service agreement.
Progress payments may be required at specified milestones (e.g., completion of site preparation, installation of major components).
The final payment is due upon project completion and client satisfaction.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards.
Late payments may incur additional fees. A late fee of $25 will be applied to any invoice not paid within 15 days of the due date.
Accounts with outstanding balances may have their services suspended until the account is settled.
Changes and Modifications:
Any changes to the project scope, materials, or design after the agreement has been signed must be documented and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
CVOS will provide a revised estimate and timeline for any requested changes.
Warranty and Maintenance:
CVOS provides a 30 days warranty on installation of any hardscaping/landscaping projects.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used in the project.
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
CVOS will provide maintenance guidelines upon project completion. Regular maintenance is the client's responsibility unless a separate maintenance agreement is in place.
Liability:

CVOS is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or other hidden obstacles.
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of project completion.
Quality Assurance:
CVOS guarantees the quality of its landscaping and hardscaping services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours to address and resolve any issues.
CVOS will take corrective actions as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

Clients must ensure that any potential health hazards (e.g., aggressive pets, unsafe terrain) are communicated and mitigated prior to service.
Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice.
CVOS reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or any form of abuse or harassment towards staff.
In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
CVOS reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes in writing.
Continued use of services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
